Founder and Former Director, Tair Rape Crisis Center. Former Director, Data Department, B’Tselem. Former Director, Information and Research Center, Israel Religious Action Center (IRAC) of the Israel Movement for Progressive Judaism.

Role: The HRDF does not (and does not plan to) rent offices or purchase equipment. The Administrator is responsible to the Board of Directors for enabling efficient communications and scheduling in this environment. She is also responsible for maintenance of contractual relations with aid recipients, donors, officers and   external service providers.

Role: Responsible to the Board of Directors for maintenance of relations with vulnerable communities and activist organizations. Monitors changes in the policy environment and assesses needs for periodic reviews of Aid Strategy.
